Matches hostnames starting with a named location (letters only), followed by a hyphen or underscore separator, then 1-2 uppercase letters and a single digit. Useful for parsing server or device names that encode location and regional identifiers, like 'Office-NY1' or 'Warehouse_CA2'. The location is captured in a named group for easy extraction.
