This case-insensitive regular expression matches common variations and spellings of 'Happy Birthday', including extended letters (e.g., 'Happppy Bday') and the acronym 'HBD'. It can also optionally capture the recipient's name if the text includes ' to [Name]', capturing non-numeric, non-whitespace characters. It is ideal for extracting birthday wishes and recipients from text or chat logs.
