Regex Tester & Validator

This regular expression matches text enclosed in percent signs (`%`), such as `%variable%` or `%placeholder%`. It captures the entire matched string in the first group, including the percent signs, and the inner content in the second group. It requires at least one character between the percent signs and is useful for parsing templates, configuration files, or batch scripts where variables are denoted by percent signs.
