This regex matches a GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) in both formats - with dashes (e.g., 550e8400-e29b-41d4-a716-446655440000) or without dashes (e.g., 550e8400e29b41d4a716446655440000). It uses named capturing groups (first, second, third, fourth, fifth) to extract each hyphen-separated section for easy processing.
