Regex Tester & Validator

This regex matches conventional commit messages beginning with 'feat' or 'feat(scope):' where scope contains word characters and hyphens, or lines containing the sparkles emoji (✨). It is used by GitVersion to identify feature commits that should trigger a minor version bump in semantic versioning. The multiline flag enables matching across multiple lines in commit logs or changelogs.
