This regular expression matches shortcode tags containing the word "product". It looks for an opening bracket, followed by any characters except another opening bracket, the word "product", any characters except a closing bracket, and finally a closing bracket. With the case-insensitive flag, it catches variations in capitalization. This is highly useful for parsing content management systems like WordPress to extract or manipulate product-related shortcodes.
