Regex Tester & Validator

This regular expression uses the global, multiline, and case-insensitive flags to match consecutive blocks of text where each line starts with exactly three tab characters followed by an alphanumeric character. It captures these blocks into a named group called "characterLine". This is particularly useful for parsing structured game data files, configuration files, or logs where content is hierarchically indented, such as extracting character names or associated attributes.
