This regex matches lines where specific functions (SetColor, SetAlpha, DrawRect, Delay, Flip, SetScale, SetVirtualResolution, CloseStream) are called without parentheses syntax. It captures leading whitespace, the function name, and any parameters, while using a negative lookahead to ensure the function is NOT already using parenthesis syntax. This appears designed for refactoring code from a space-separated parameter style to traditional function call syntax.
