Regex Tester & Validator

This PCRE regex matches lines starting with a number followed by a dot, capturing the number and the subsequent text up to (but not including) the literal string 'A.' It uses the global, multiline, and dotall flags to find all matches across multiple lines where '.' matches newlines. It's useful for parsing sections of structured text documents where sections begin with 'A.'
