Regex Tester & Validator

This regular expression matches simple floating-point numbers consisting of one or more digits, a decimal point, and another sequence of one or more digits. It uses the global (`g`) and multiline (`m`) flags to find all occurrences across multiple lines of text. It is commonly used to extract decimal values from a document or validate basic numeric input formats. However, it will not match integers or numbers in scientific notation.
