This PCRE regex identifies and captures word characters followed by horizontal whitespace in malformed C# property declarations generated by odata2poco, where property names incorrectly contain spaces (e.g., 'public string Customer Name Address {get;set;}'). It uses a negative lookahead to skip properly formatted properties, and \K to reset the match start, allowing targeted replacement of spaces within property names. Ideal for post-processing auto-generated POCO classes from OData services.
