Matches Firebase Storage paths or URLs containing the '/o/' identifier. It extracts two groups: the first capturing alphanumeric characters, and the second capturing alphanumeric characters or hyphens. Useful for parsing file paths or extracting resource identifiers from Firebase download URLs.
