This regex matches the opening `div` tag of a specific email quote block generated by the Lark mail client. It looks for a `div` element where the `id` attribute starts with `lark-mail-quote-`. The pattern uses a negated character class `[^<>]+` to safely match the rest of the ID and any subsequent attributes without accidentally crossing into other HTML tags. It is particularly useful for parsing or stripping quoted replies in Lark emails.
