Test, validate and match regular expressions
This regular expression matches sentence boundaries by looking for a punctuation mark (period, exclamation point, or question mark) followed by optional whitespace and the beginning of the next word. It captures the ending punctuation and the first word of the new sentence in two separate groups. It is particularly useful for text parsing, natural language processing, or formatting tasks where you need to identify or manipulate the start of new sentences.
