Regex Editor & Tester

This regular expression captures three groups of text: the content before an opening square bracket, the content inside the brackets, and the content following the closing bracket. It uses lazy matching for the text inside the brackets and explicitly excludes opening brackets from the surrounding text captures to prevent overlapping issues. The global and multiline flags ensure it finds all occurrences across a multi-line string. It is useful for parsing strings where inline metadata or tags are enclosed in square brackets.
