Regex Tester & Validator

This regex extracts parameterized placeholders formatted as `#{...}` often found in real estate (fastighet) configuration files. It captures the primary key (non-whitespace characters) before an optional colon, while allowing for specific suffix variations including arbitrary characters and the letter 'o'. Using global and multiline flags, it is ideal for scanning large text blocks to identify and extract base template variables.
