Test, validate and match regular expressions
This PCRE regex with the ungreedy (U) flag captures the second comma-separated value in a string or log line, automatically stripping surrounding double quotes if they exist. It works by matching exactly two repetitions of an optionally quoted field followed by a comma. This makes it ideal for simple CSV parsing or extracting specific column data from log entries.
