Regex Tester & Validator

This PCRE regex is designed to extract key-value pairs from URL query strings by capturing the parameter names and their corresponding values. It looks for segments beginning with a `?` or `&` and can also optionally parse an additional colon-separated option parameter at the end of the value. It is highly useful for URL parsing and routing logic in web applications.
