Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regular expression extracts exactly the third field from a pipe-delimited string and captures it in a named group called `foo`. It anchors to the start of the string with `\A`, consumes the first two fields along with their delimiters using a non-capturing group, and then applies `\K` to reset the match output. Finally, it matches and captures the third field's value.
