Regex Tester & Validator

This regex extracts the value assigned to kMDItemContentTypeTree in metadata output, handling both single-line and multiline values. It matches the key, followed by spaces, an equals sign, and captures the content until the next line begins with a non-space character or the end of the string. Useful for parsing Spotlight metadata dumps or property lists where the value may span multiple lines.
