This PCRE regex matches a JavaScript function call or definition that takes exactly four single-quoted string arguments. It captures the contents of each string argument into separate groups, allowing for optional whitespace around the arguments and commas. It's useful for extracting specific parameter values from formatted code snippets, logs, or configuration parsing where arguments contain no internal spaces. Note that `[\S]*?` restricts the captured arguments to non-whitespace characters.
