This regex matches lines containing '/Group1/' while specifically excluding any lines that contain 'Tag4' anywhere. The negative lookahead ensures Tag4 never appears, making this useful for filtering file paths, URLs, or log entries where you need to find Group1 references but exclude entries tagged with Tag4. The 'gm' flags enable both global matching and multiline mode for processing multiple lines.
