This PCRE regex uses a positive lookbehind assertion to match text content directly inside HTML <td> tags. It extracts the data by matching one or more characters that are not angle brackets (< or >). It is specifically useful for parsing simple HTML tables where the table cell content does not contain any nested HTML elements.
