Regex Tester & Validator

This regular expression matches the literal string "memo" when it appears at the beginning of a line or is preceded by a whitespace character. Using the global and multiline flags, it scans the entire text to find all occurrences that meet this criteria. It is often used for searching text where a word starting with 'memo' is relevant, though it does not strictly enforce a word boundary at the end of the match.
