Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regular expression matches text enclosed in double quotes. It uses a non-greedy quantifier `.*?` inside the quotes to ensure it captures the minimum amount of characters up to the nearest closing quote, rather than matching across multiple sets of quotes. It is commonly used for extracting string literals in programming languages, parsing quoted values in CSV files, or finding specific quoted phrases within a larger body of text. When combined with the global `g` flag, it will find all such quoted strings in the input.
