Regex Tester & Validator

This regular expression is designed to parse a configuration file line that assigns a boolean value (0 or 1) to the 'etaLearnW_enabled' setting. It accounts for optional leading and trailing whitespace, supports an optional semicolon at the end, and captures the assigned value into a named capture group called 'etaLearnW_enabled'.
