Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This PCRE2 regular expression extracts the numerical download speed value from the command-line output of an Ookla Speedtest. It matches the word 'Download:' followed by 3 to 5 spaces, then uses the \K operator to drop those initial characters from the final match. Finally, it captures a floating-point number up to two decimal places only if it is immediately followed by ' Mbps' using a lookahead. It is highly specific to parsing CLI speedtest results where only the raw numerical value is needed for logging or further processing.
