Regex Tester & Validator

This regular expression matches a plus sign (`+`) that may be surrounded by any amount of whitespace, followed by a newline and any subsequent whitespace (which is captured). It is useful for finding string concatenation operators at the end of a line in languages like Go or JavaScript, or for normalizing formatting around line continuations.
