Validates Spanish CIF (Certificado de Identificación Fiscal) / NIF jurídico for legal entities as of September 2021 regulations. It enforces different control character rules based on the entity type prefix: entities P, Q, R, S, W require a letter control; A, B, E, H require a numeric control; C, D, F, G, J, N, U, V accept alphanumeric. Optional hyphens are allowed as separators.
