Regex Editor & Tester

This PCRE regex parses patient information from Epic EHR sticker QR codes using named capture groups. It extracts the 8-digit Medical Record Number (MRN), patient last name and first name (separated by comma), date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format, age, and single-character sex indicator. Commonly used in healthcare integration workflows to decode patient wristband or label data.
