Regex Tester & Validator

Validates email addresses with several constraints: the local part must not start with a dot, supports quoted strings within the local part, and the domain must not start with a hyphen. Requires a standard structure of local@domain.tld where the domain contains at least one period. The gm flags enable matching multiple email addresses across multiple lines in a single pass.
