Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regular expression matches the start of a line using the multiline flag (`m`), followed by a greater-than sign (`>`) and any amount of whitespace. It is commonly used to identify quoted reply lines in plain text emails, forum posts, or markdown documents. In Go, the global (`g`) flag ensures that all matching lines within a given text are found.
