Test, validate and match regular expressions
This regular expression is designed to match and validate basic email addresses. It enforces a local part consisting of 3 to 15 alphabetic characters, underscores, or dots, followed by an '@' symbol. The domain section requires at least three letters, a dot, and a 2 to 6 character top-level domain (TLD) that can also contain dots. Note that it is quite restrictive and will not match valid emails containing numbers or certain special characters.
