Parses DNS zone file records by capturing three named groups: the hostname, the record type (like A, CNAME, MX), and the record value (such as an IP address or target domain). It's designed for internal DNS records teardown, allowing easy extraction of each component for auditing, migration, or documentation. The verbose (x) flag allows for readable multiline formatting with whitespace.
