Test, validate and match regular expressions
This regex uses negative lookaheads to match any position within a line that is not the start (`^`) or end (`$`) of the line. With the global (`g`) and multiline (`m`) flags, it effectively matches the zero-width "spaces" between characters. It is often used for inserting delimiters between characters or iterating through character intervals.
