Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regular expression matches HTML line break tags, such as `<br>`, `<br/>`, and `<br />`, in a case-insensitive manner by explicitly checking for uppercase and lowercase characters. It accommodates optional self-closing slashes and spaces. Note that it technically also matches literal pipe characters (e.g., `<|r>`) due to the `[b|B]` character classes. It is ideal for stripping or replacing line breaks in HTML text.
