Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches strings starting with '@d' followed by any characters, then an 'e', whitespace, and a bracketed section like '@describe [image]'. The character classes [[] and [\]] match literal opening and closing square brackets. With global and multiline flags, it finds all occurrences across multiple lines, useful for parsing custom tags, annotations, or decorator-style mentions with bracketed arguments.
