This regex validates dates in a DDMMMYYYY format (e.g., 01Jan2023 or 29FEB2024). It restricts the number of days based on the month, allowing 31 days for long months, 30 for short months, and up to 28 or 29 for February. It also incorporates leap year logic to permit February 29th only when the year is divisible by four.
