This regular expression is designed to parse custom 'data/' URI structures that must contain both a slash and an ampersand. It captures the segment before the last slash, the segment before the last ampersand, and the remainder of the string after it. Because the capture groups are greedy, it ensures the string is split at the final occurrences of these delimiters. This is particularly useful for extracting specific routing parameters or query-like data from custom URI formats.
