Matches lines ending with a Cyrillic vowel (А, О, У, Э, И, Ы, Е, Ё, Я, Ю and lowercase) optionally followed by one arbitrary character, or ending with any non-vowel optionally followed by an asterisk. This regex is useful for detecting word endings in Russian text to assist with grammatical declension, noun/adjective form analysis, or morphological processing.
