Matches Unicode email addresses following RFC 5322-style syntax. The local part allows letters, marks, numbers, and common special characters, with dot separators not adjacent. The domain part uses dot-separated labels of letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores (not at boundaries). Ideal for validating international email input in HTML/JavaScript. With 'g' and 'm' flags, it finds all occurrences per line.
