Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regex matches lines that begin with exactly eight comma-separated values (including trailing spaces), then captures the subsequent text up to a semicolon or newline. It is useful for extracting a specific field from CSV-like lines that also contain semicolon-delimited sections, or for separating a structured prefix from a trailing portion. The 'g' flag allows multiple matches per string, and 'm' makes ^ match at line starts, so it works line by line.
