This regular expression matches a comma-separated list of IPv4 CIDR network blocks, such as "192.168.1.0/24,10.0.0.0/8". It validates each IP address to ensure octets fall between 0 and 255, followed by a subnet mask prefix ranging from 0 to 32. It is useful for parsing configuration files, validating input fields for network utilities, or processing firewall rules where multiple subnets are provided in a single string. With the multiline flag, it can evaluate these lists across multiple lines of text.
