Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regex extracts educational email addresses or their obfuscated forms, matching a username followed by '@' or the word 'at' (case-insensitive, with surrounding spaces), then a domain, followed by '.edu' or ' dot edu' (also case-insensitive with spaces). It is useful for parsing text where email addresses may be hidden to evade spam harvesters, such as 'jsmith at stanford dot edu' or 'jsmith@stanford.edu'. The global flag allows multiple matches per line.
