Regex Tester & Validator

This regex matches a sequence of one or more simple time values in the format H:MM or HH:MM, where each time can be optionally preceded by a space. It is useful for validating lists of times like '9:00 14:30' or '09:05 18:45' in scheduling or cron-like input. Note that it does not verify hour or minute ranges, so '99:99' would pass.
