Regex Tester & Validator

Uses inline flags x (extended/free-spacing), s (dotall), and m (multiline) so the `#` comment is ignored and `.` matches any character including newlines. The `(.+)` captures an entire line or block of text into group 1 for replacement. Intended for VBA string manipulation workflows such as padding lines with spaces or copy-paste replacement operations.
