Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches hexadecimal color codes with a hash symbol followed by exactly six hex digits, requiring either all uppercase (0-9A-F) or all lowercase (0-9a-f). It does not match mixed-case codes or 3-digit shorthand. This pattern is useful for validating color constants in CSS or design files when case consistency is enforced. With the global and multiline flags, it finds all occurrences across multiple lines.
