Matches a Cisco IOS DHCP pool configuration block, starting from 'ip dhcp pool' at the beginning of a line and lazily consuming everything until the next exclamation mark delimiter, which is not included. With the 'm' and 'g' flags, it anchors to each line and finds all pool definitions. Useful for extracting complete DHCP pool configurations from router or switch configs.
