Matches bracketed chord symbols such as [C], [Am], [G7], [F#m7], [Cadd9], [D#dim7], or [Bsus2]. It uses a regex pattern that captures the root note, optional sharp/flat accidental, chord quality (major, minor, augmented, diminished, suspended), and a numeric extension. This is useful for extracting chords from lyrics, lead sheets, or tablature text, and for validating chord notation in music applications.
