This regex matches individual CHIP-8 assembly instructions, capturing the opcode mnemonic and up to three optional operands. It supports register operands (V0-VF), special registers (I, DELAY, SOUND), and immediate values expressed as decimal or hexadecimal (e.g., 42 or 0x2A).
